LAPEER GOLD AND DIAMOND strongly believes in a "one price" business strategy. Giving every customer a great price every day is our stance. We just don't believe in marking something up unfairly to offer a deceptive "discount" price, labeled as a “sale”.

Lapeer Gold and Diamond gladly accepts our Signature Lapeer Gold and Diamond Credit card, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also offer special payment terms on the Lapeer Gold Card to fit your needs. See a sales associate for details. Additionally, we offer 6 months interest free layaway on any item in our store.

Return Policy
We will accept returns for refund if within 7 days from the purchase date and the item is in new condition. If item is returned within 30 days and in new condition, we will offer store credit. Special orders and custom ordered pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items must be in new condition and be complete with all packaging materials and manuals for timepieces. However, we always go out of our way to make our customers happy and will do whatever we can to make changes to the piece to suit you best.


Diamond Trade-in Policy
Lapeer Gold and Diamond will give you exactly what you paid for the diamond or diamond stud earrings purchased from Lapeer Gold and Diamond should you decide to upgrade in diamond size or rarity.* Sorry, but consistent with our policies, we can only take a trade-in on diamonds purchased from us.
